the only issue we had was that on arrival we never had the correct entry code from the company.
after arriving late it did put a little stress on our family as we struggled to make contact for support.

apart from that, the villa did meet all of our expectations and we had a very good time in the home.

The only issue we had when we arrived was with the TV’s in the living room and on the lanai. The property manager arrived the following morning to see if we had any issues and he worked with the cable company to resolve the issue with the living room TV and had the outdoor TV working by the next day. He patiently went through the home with us to help familiarize us with all the amenities. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The pictures did not lie. The villa was just beautiful, spacious and clean as advertised. Our only disappointment was the pool water was chilly. Being from New York we didn’t think anything of it at first, but when I finally looked at the pool controls it was obvious the heater was not on. We had already been there three or four days, so we didn’t contact the manager. Next time we will.

We were very happy with the rental. Beautiful villa! Only one concern is that the meeting with property manager seemed rushed, and if we had not asked about the pool heat, she wouldn’t have shown us how to adjust it. We called one time with a plugged sink and someone came and fixed it ASAP. In general, a very good rental company.

This was a great place to stay. I would stay there again.
People were all nice and very friendly. We did have a miscommunication on our checkout which resulted in a major rush on our last day. The hot water for the kitchen sink and the master bath was not so hot, the maintanance man did respond very fast and was very friendly. Previous cleaning service left dirty towels in the washer for when we arrived to deal with. There are small things to consider, they want you to wash towels when you are there, but do not provide laundry soap. If the previous people did not leave some, you will have to buy that. The same for toilet paper, dish soap for washing dishes, soap for the dish washer.
We loved the house and the 4 bedrooms with full baths for each of the 3 families. Also, there are a lot of extras with the house, like beach toys for kids, an extra stroller and cooler.
I would not hesitate to rent from Roelens again, or to rent this house again. It provided a great time for our families.

When we got there the pool was not warm. It took the caretaker two tries to get it fixed but he stuck with it and did accomplish it. He was very nice. Also brought us an extra tank of gas for the grill but we ended up not using it because of them having a green egg. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Plus some. Perfect for three couples. Cape Coral was a lovely place to stay for our week away from the cold of Iowa

Everything was as or better than advertised. Staff were all very responsive and accommodating. Villa we chose on the water has a spectacular view and the villa itself was clean, well maintained and very nice. We would not hesitate to come back

There was a miscommunication to start off for the initial check-in walk thru. I had specifically requested a later meeting as we had driven thru the night and arrived late to house and lost 2 hours between time zone change and daylight savings time. The property manager showed up at 8:30 am (really 6:30 for us) and time was scheduled at 1:00pm. I had to show her email to let her know she was there at wrong time. She did offer to come back; however, I was already up and she was already there. The house itself was gorgeous with a nice layout. The master had an especially strong odor of possible past smoker in home? Some furnishings were outdated (especially patio dining set); however, some were beautiful (white leather sectional). Loved the pool table on main level- provided extra entertainment when not in pool itself). Not as well stocked.
The master patio door was locked to the lanai and based on this price point and other properties we have stayed at, I have never encountered this. It should be mentioned in the listing that there is no lanai access from Master as pics show the large patio door, so you assume its open.
Grill is on far side of house which is a bummer for whoever is grilling. We were specifically told it was because the owner had to repaint every year when it was under lanai; however, again, we have stayed in multiple properties where that wasn’t an issue. I haven’t double checked, but I believe the photos show the grill in the lanai so you assume thats where it will be and where you can use it. There was also room on perimeter where grill could have been placed without it being under lanai itself.

We had a glorious stay at this property. The pool and lanai are fabulous and we enjoyed sunsets behind the palm trees from the pool nightly and then migrated into the relaxing hot tub at the end of our relaxing day. The accommodations were ideal and so was the location. So close to Publix, we could walk there. Not too far of a drive to Ft. Myers beach. Would be thrilled to stay here again!
