The home was clean and well cared for. We had trouble with one of the TVs and the management company got it straightened out right away. We would rent again from this company again. They were terrific and the house worked perfectly.

November 10, 2019 at 11:38 pmThe condo was very nice and clean. The queen bed was a full size bed, the pillows were not very good, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Other then that the place was perfect.

All very clean, but cutlery and crockery needed a run through the dishwasher before use. Would recommend the apartment and the company, all very simple with good communication.

January 8, 2020 at 3:06 pmVery disappointing experience from arrival to departure. Hot Tub advertised in listing had been removed. Basic amenities missing such as toaster, garage door opener remote clicker. House not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, hole in closet wall, exposed wiring in pool area, etc. etc. Every call to customer service was met with inaction and even rudeness. We would never rent from these people again!

Wonderful spaces, clean, safe and tremendously ideal for a family of travelers. Laundry and dishwasher option was amazing, as well as the welcome basket upon arrival. Perfectly located to get to islands and outstanding nearby attractions – would highly highly recommend our experience. Thanks Naples!

Naples Florida Vacation Homes represented the property and entire resort area very well and we’re looking forward to booking more vacations with them in the future.

Naples Florida Vacations went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They are very responsive and communication was excellent. Can’t ask for anything more.
