Sandhills Rentals

We rented a condo and stayed a week for a junior golf tournament. The condo was in a convenient location to all Pinehurst courses and was quiet, clean and cozy. We will rent again for sure.

Everything was great! House was clean, Matt was super responsive and easy to work with. I would go back here for sure. The house could use some updating, but for a few nights it was perfect!

Nice remolded condo in Pinehurst

The house was a nice size to fit our group, but the state of the house was poor when we checked in. The kitchen faucet handle was broken, a dirty sponge was left behind (and no other sponges provided), the oven was dirty (baked on drippings on the bottom) and emitted burning smells each time we used it, kitchen knives were dirty (when we pulled them out from the knife block). The couches also were stained and had food residue on some, and there were empty cans and bottles on the property around the house. Most worrisome, there was water damage to the ceiling in the stairwell and one of the bathrooms, and the water damage in the bathroom was excessive, with the sheetrock peeling off and black mold growing on it. We contacted the management company on Friday night (night we checked in) through the app requesting someone do something to please address the black mold, and did not hear back until Sunday morning (when we were scheduled to check out). Three of the four bathrooms had drainage and water pressure issues, as well. We all had a great time, but the state of the house was disappointing, and the lack of responsiveness from the management company was extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.

Very easy dealing with Sandhills. They were professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great place for a reunion trip of college friends. The home was well equipped and afforded plenty of space for 8 guys….We utilized the dining room for cards and really enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck watching the players go by on #2…So close to the village center as well…Matt and Jordin were great from initial contact to check out. We will return.

I stayed at 136 lakeview. The condo is great. Very comfortable for a smallish group with great views of the lake. The only slight hiccup was the internet speed. It took a little effort to get resolved, but the management group and unit owner were able to get it all figured out within a day or two and it’s been fine ever since. Would recommend staying here again.

Excellent location. The condition of the house inside and out gave the impression of having been abandoned. One shower was torn apart and looked like it had been in need of repair for some time. That same bathroom also had no mirror over the sink. We had 11 golfers so that was a major problem.

Stayed at 70 midland dr with 3 families for a junior golf tourney. House was amazing. Each family got 2 bedrooms, so worked out perfectly. We loved sitting in the back watching the golfers come by on pinehurst #2. House was clean and in great shape. Large kitchen was awesome for feeding the group. We would definitely rent this house again!

The house was very nice. It made our stay very pleasant. I had a few suggestions to improve our stay: the great room needs a couple of lamps, so we could read while our husband’s watched the ballgames.
#2- our check-in letter was very confusing. It stated the keys were inside. There were no keys and no directions given, so we had no idea how to lock it when we left for dinner. #3 – there is 1 chair at the dining table & a bench and the light is so dim, we couldn’t play board games there, because it was too dark & no seats.
